This class will provide an overview of the factors that impair and enhance energy expenditure. You will walk away from this course with a wealth of ideas to help you to increase the amount of calories that you burn each day. We will also discuss the latest research and refute the myth that you must “exercise” for “90-minutes” every day in order to successfully lose weight. You will learn that you can increase your caloric expenditure without ever setting foot in a gym again (unless you want to, of course)! 60 minutes in length.
