Your backbone to a healthier weight. Do you find yourself taking care of everyone else besides yourself? Do all of your best weight loss intentions fail when you put others needs ahead of yours? If you answered yes, then you could use some training in assertiveness. This class will teach you what assertiveness is and is not. It will teach you how to care for others while caring for yourself. Learn how to set boundaries and limits with others (saying no) so that you can prioritize your health and wellness needs. This class is designed so that you will learn and practice how to speak up for yourself and take care of yourself in a polite and effective way. 60 minutes in length.
