Assertiveness Training - Your Back Bone to a Healthier Weight!

Do you find yourself taking care of everyone else’s needs except your own? Do all of your best weight loss intentions fail when other people need your time, energy, or resources? Do you struggle asking others for help? Do you tend to bottle up your feelings? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you could benefit from our assertiveness class. This class will teach you what assertiveness is and what it is not. Some of the answers may surprise you. Attendees will leave this class with an understanding of the importance of setting boundaries and limits with others, skills to help speak up for yourself, and tools to help you to balance self-care with caring for others.
